Persephone's Descent into the Darker Months

An Autumn Ritual Workshop of Reflection, Descent & Return

As the light fades and we enter the darker half of the year, we gather to honour the ancient rhythm of descent. Inspired by Persephone’s journey into the Underworld, this intimate workshop / ritual invites us to turn inward, move beneath the surface, and reconnect with the wisdom that can only be found in the dark.

Together, we will move through three stages of Persephone’s journey:

• REFLECT — pause and look back at what this season has revealed, honouring where you’ve been and what is ready to be acknowledged.
• DESCEND — journey inward, releasing what you no longer need to carry and listening to what lies beneath the surface.
• RETURN — emerge with new clarity, carrying forward the wisdom, intention and parts of yourself you have rediscovered along the way.

Through ritual, reflection, embodiment and connection, we’ll honour the turning of the season and explore the darkness not as something to fear, but as a sacred space for transformation.

A gathering for women to slow down, cross the threshold and journey inward with Persephone, making space for what is ready to be released, remembered and renewed.
